The moment a law is brought forth into existence by human beings, people try to find ways around it and loopholes in it that can be taken advantage of. There may be divorce proceedings, mental agony, children getting affected if you have children and a whole bunch of associated issues. So if you are going tom cheat on your spouse, avoid getting caught.

The second is to avoid getting any diseases. The moment you contract a disease, especially one that everyone knows is contracted by physical contact, your cheating ways will get exposed in a heart beat. You have to make sure absolutely positively that your cheating partner is disease free before considering cheating on your spouse.
